It is a real-time interface in which each transaction from the remote system (client) elicits a response from the Tri-plex system (server). It incorporates a wide range of provisioning functionality, including new account activation, account refilling, adjustments, queries, edits, balance decrementing and crediting, as well as account renaming, cancelling and reinstating. batch provisioningThe Tri-plex Bulk Provisioning Interface is an application that provides a means to do bulk updates to account information. Typically, account information is updated manually by CSRs using VcProv. However, if the need arises to update specific information for a large number of customers, then the Bulk Provisioning Interface can be used. The Bulk Provisioning Interface currently supports a number of provisioning functions, including activating, adjusting and cancelling an account as well as refilling and editing account information. The Bulk Provisioning Interface program runs continuously and is also able to communicate with a third-party platform (e.g., a credit-card verification system).
